It’s nice to meet you.
I became a life coach because my own life improved so much from being coached. I have overcome tremendous odds: depression, homelessness, abuse, and addiction. This makes me fiercely passionate about helping women become powerful forces of good and creativity, because where I am now compared to where I came from proves that anything is possible for anyone.
I started my career as a social worker, serving high-needs communities who experienced chronic homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance misuse issues. I became a Certified Peer and Family Support Specialist and went deeper with my commitment to social justice work and community building, doing various speaking engagements and consulting jobs in the city of Denver.
In 2019, I graduated from Naropa University in Boulder with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, where I was a student of Peace Studies, Art Therapy, and Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I am passionate about my continued growth in anti-racist and active allyship work and truly believes a better world starts in our hearts, minds, and souls.
When I’m not burning down the patriarchy and ending suffering, one badass human at a time, I am probably hiking, skating as a roller-girl for Rocky Mountain Roller Derby (I’m Rocket from the Hips), reading 10 books at a time, telling corny jokes, or pulling tarot cards and communing with Source. I love high-fives and making art, and if you ever meet me, you will probably end up with glitter on you.
Things I give a shit about:
-smashing the patriarchy, and unlearning it from within our own hearts and minds first.
-anti-racist work and the ongoing task of dismantling white supremacy.
-LGBTQIA+ rights and safety
-reconnecting to nature and land in stewardship and reverent partnership.
-helping people reconnect with their divine rights to spirituality, connection, and creativity
-healing the world with more joy, beauty, love, humor and community.
