Any changes you want to make begin with your thoughts. We’ll uncover anything holding you back, and fill you with powerful, loving thoughts. That’s how you start to live the life of your wildest dreams.

We’re going to set goals that matter to YOU. I give you practical tools and processes to reach ANY goals. From how to create new habits, to time management and beyond, we will identify what’s important to you, find out how it aligns with your values and priorities, and learn how to achieve anything you want with joy, ease and flow.

EXPERIENCE MEETS EXPERTISE

You can be assured that you’re in a safe, non-judgmental space when you work with me. I was a Certified Peer and Family Support Specialist and Case Manager for a large non-profit serving high-needs populations experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance misuse. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and Harm Reduction methods. I have also been to hell and back myself. I’ve overcome depression, addiction, homelessness and trauma, and that allows me to hold a radically inclusive space for you. And, I know first hand what it’s like to have overcome tremendous hardship only to land in a mediocre life that feels hard and unfulfilling. You know you’re here for more, you just don’t know what that is exactly or how to get there. This is where I come in.

ABOUT COACHING

A lot of people wonder: what is coaching exactly? Well, mainly, we really focus on the present moment. Then you move into your future in a powerful, intentional way. Life coaching can be a great addition to therapy or other practices. Plus, it can fill in any gaps with practical tools and processes that will help you thrive and feel amazing. Coaching doesn’t fix or diagnose: it assumes you’re already whole and capable. You’re not a problem to be solved, and you have everything you need within you. My job is simply to help you uncover it, trust it, and let it shine.
